Well, I didn't get out to the treehouse before deciding to get out.

The "no cognitive benefit" bit scares me given how many AZ drugs end up there. Any agency putting this in print is a huge red flag, alleged or not.

I see three possibilities:

1 - the SEC is wrong and SAVA hits a home run with the PIII data. Siiiigggghhh. If it turns out that this is the case, the upside is tremendous and it should be possible to get back on the train, admittedly with less profit. After all, it'll take some time to get north of $1,000 (in my dreams).

2 - the SEC is right in which case the stock is worthless. In that case I'll pat myself on the back for making the right decision today.

3 - the results are middling. Not sure what I'll do in that case...

It's always been a risky stock, but this ups the risk too much for my comfort. Frankly, I'm amazed it held up well enough for me to get out at $29 today. If it stays in this range, I'll be second-guessing myself and thinking "Hmmm, possibly there's something here I'm not seeing, maybe I should have stayed in". Thus is life...
