The number of shares distributed appears to be closer to 400,000 or 500,000 rather than 2.4 million ! BigB You're not being careful--the form they filed a couple of days back is a little misleading. On that form, they are not showing their position last year in a split adjusted fashion. Pull up last year's form that they filed and you will see that they had about 4 million shares then--the split adjusted equivalent is 6 million.
