I tend to avoid expiration myself, but I was ready to trade today. However the pattern thus far has me totally boggled. I think I shall wait until after the second bracket and perhaps go long for a trade into mid-day ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ EDIT Each day has 9 "brackets" of 45 minutes apiece. So the second bracket would end at 11 EST. "Brackets" is a term more commonly associated with futures trading than equity trading.
