I decided I was to old to not get vaxxed. Never had a problem with dozens of vaccinations since. I'm real healthy now over 70. Healthier than any of my friends I bet eating super healthy & exercising HIIT, bicycle riding, running backwards on a treadmill, weight lifting & using an inversion table nightly. I avoid taking drugs like statins like my friends take, preferring to do the work keeping in shape much to my doctor's surprise. But if I had to I would. I used to do intense yoga & run up mountains and was even healthier... I'm to busy now but I will return to it. Yoga is THE best exercise out there.
