Ed, I don't think any of the previous shareholders knew what was going on. It was a $2 oil & gas company. Did a 1:3 reverse split. Lots bailed. Price dropped. Then biz.yahoo.com Then the price crashed overnite. Even the address includes "_dives_". Dives meant divest, but it turned out predictive anyway. For the latest info call MARSHA @ 407 354-3333 she might even have info on their web site. Bob Stone @ 212 922-0900 is the PR guy. Since the 10QSB was filed on 02-17 we should be rid of the oil & gas and ready to move on the Timeshare business. Please post any findings. THANX JOE
