I had that problem, just solved it. In the pop-up top right hand corner there is a menu - (3 dashes). You can click on a number of options.

Then, on the left hand side there are a few more options, and they were all disabled. So, I enabled all of them, about a half doz. and the problem was solved. I'm going from memory, as I can't access that pop-up anymore.

Maybe this might help ... it did for me. I was using Firefox.
