Sorry for not giving more information previously. A few points: 1) I belive the functionality of Diamond boards will be incorporated at the chip level very soon with Intel's new MMX technology, 2) yes a Company that has a high valuation should use the stock to make acquisitions, but I don't think they are going to win the Hayes deal and would not be that well positioned to compete in that market 3) I heard the Company was going to miss its numbers recently. I did not short the stock and maybe should not
