Randolph Perry,
I don't think we have been taken in by Mr. Gruder. ALYD is a solid company. I don't even care how many shares Bob Gruder has sold, he still has 7M+ shares.
ALYD needs to do a secondary because they are just twisting in the wind. ALYD announces all of these contracts recently, and even great increases in revenue, but the stock still goes down. WHY, WHY, WHY, because ALYD has no institutional ownership to support the stock.
Mr. Gruder's intentions are good, but he must focus on getting someone in house who knows the markets. Tom Dudchik can't even send out faxes to large shareholders that have put there names on the ALYD Web site 100 times. That is pitiful. You don't play around with press releases, get someone who knows the market, in charge of everything that hits the market. It makes sense.
