Seems obvious when addressing heart disease a cardio program of some sort would most benefit Americans. A good cardio program can simultaneously address weight issues which, in a circular manner, address heart health. With that in mind I did 42:51 minutes of low intensity cardio early this morning. Trying to lose about 5 lbs.
