Same for me, especially with regard to exercise. It's been said that if the benefits of exercise were available in a pill, that pill would cost a million dollars.

True. Hardly deserves the word "focus," eh? Covid, especially, complicates things because of the politics associated with it. It's hardly possible to talk health these days without bringing politics into it -- which is something Bill firmly clamped down on here.

The header is sort of a mess and a lot of it is now out of date, but I leave it the way Bill left it and try to manage the subject the way he managed it, more or less. Kind of a legacy thing in appreciation for all I've learned here over the years.
