Judge Gomez has clearly stated (on record) that this coming ruling will decide this issue once and for all. I guess the FP (which has repeatedly got this story wrong) now knows better than the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Venezuela what the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Venezuela is going to do. Oh, and by the way, what does her statement in the last Bloomberg article that "there will be no appeal" after this ruling mean to you? No problem. We will see when the time comes, won't we? Ciao.
