Inode,
The majority of problems during the epidemic were created by Democrats acting on their own. For example, Gavin Newsom, who was, by my reckoning, the worst of the worst.
Funny you should mention that, because the ONLY time I ever had praise for Newsom was regarding the way he handled the pandemic in California.

And the results spoke for themselves. Despite California seeing the very first cases of COVID-19, and despite California having more than its fair share of travelers from China, California ranked 38 out of the 50 states when it came to deaths per capita.

Compare that with all of the so-called "red states" which topped that chart, including Arizona, West By God Virginia, New Mexico, Mississippi, and Tennessee. All of these states have much lower population densities than California.

This matters because Trump was out there blaming Democrats for not shutting off travel to and from China soon enough. In fact, Trump spent the VAST majority of his time trying to blame China than focus on crisis management.

So yeah, my view on how Trump handled the pandemic is 180 degrees in the opposite direction of your view.

P.S. - By the way, I really detest the way MAGA pursued their witch hunt against Dr. Fauci. Leave the guy alone, you hypocrites.
