This is real estate. Location Location Location And that property is a sweet deal indeed. But that is not every where. There is only one L.A. in the world. They need the power cables form 2 substations All fiber in say 300m radius. City regulations helped. The roof could bear the load of the cooling systems Etc In fact I had suggested to a real estate company here to do something similar. Then they talked with engineers and it became a technical issue. I suggested to them to build the next tower with the specs of a facility that could take digital infrastructure.
