Imagine a guy in Bolivia fuelling his truck but the reservoir -data center- is in California connecting by a big hose -submarine cable- how logical is that? To lower the costs and for its economy to grow, Bolivia needs explore oil and develop downstream and connect that to the global oil market. It is simple. See, 60 years ago, it was easy to tell stories about the economic prowess of some countries or regions because people were not educated. My parents born on the early 1920s didn't have the knowledge because they were busy raising us. But our generation are more educated and have the knowledge.
