The drop was no doubt caused by announcement that some big orders were delayed (not canceled). Given the company's troubles last year, I think the jury is still out on the company's ability to generate steady earnings growth. I think this is dead money for a while, unless you're just playing a dead cat bounce. Still, the fundamentals of the company do not appear to have changed, and if this represents a long-term bottom, buying at 12 could reap some big rewards.
