The 'downside' that's occurred to me is whether people will be concerned about having all their financial dealings being in the CheckFree/Intuit domain. FWIW I'd rather have separate dealings with each organization, to whom I owe money, in order to keep my personal business as private as possible. I don't want CheckFree/Intuit or the government or anyone else to have easy access to information about what I'm doing and how I'm spending my money.
