Ed, then there was the delisting hearing for dropping below $1 for 30 days and the divesting of oil & gas properties not being complete and the last straw, being DELISTED. Dan Boyar told me one time how much personal money he had invested here and that his intention was not to double it but to ten times it. The project has real potential and if he can pull it off to our benefit rather than at our expense everyone will forget the past 6 months. JOE
