D. Right, yesterday the chart looked fine. In fact, trading buddy and I each added to our positions yesterday (ouch - would have loved to add today and still may). Earnings are due out today, with the Zack's expectation of -0.54. The loss may be wider, as the stock is moving down today. But this is not an earnings stock, it is a research company. If the loss is wider, than they are spending more on research and that is extremely positive. It is 11:42 and we had been as low as 5 1/4 on the bid. We are now 5 11/32 x 5 7/16. Perhaps this was a shakeout and we are bouncing off the low. I'll keep writing. Harry
