Ben Crenshaw, Duffy Waldorf Round Out Dayton's Challenge Field;
Love III Withdraws

Approaching Sellout for June 28-29 Event

MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Ben Crenshaw and Duffy Waldorf will fill the last two open spots of the
18-player field for the 1998 Dayton's Challenge presented by Dockers(R) and Northwest Airlines(R) (Nasdaq: NWAC -
news) and hosted by Tom Lehman.

Due to scheduling conflicts Davis Love III has withdrawn from the tournament, leaving two vacant spots on the playing
field. Waldorf, a long-time friend of Lehman, makes his third consecutive appearance at the Dayton's Challenge, teaming
up with Steve Jones and Lehman. Crenshaw, winner of two Masters and recently named Captain of the 1999 U.S. Ryder
Cup Team, will join Larry Mize and Phil Mickelson to round out the third of six threesomes that will compete in next
summer's event.

Crenshaw and Waldorf join the star-studded 18-player field of Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Tom
Lehman, Greg Norman, Fred Couples, David Duval, Tim Herron, Peter Jacobsen, Steve Jones, Phil Mickelson, Larry
Mize, David 0grin, Nick Price, Scott Simpson, and Paul Stankowski.

A limited number of tickets are available for Sunday's Pro-Am for $25, and Sunday and Monday's competition for $125,
