How many successful launches, and how many satellites in proper orbit, compared to that lone anomaly, if true?

Is the Starlink system impaired by it?

From what I've read, Starlink has helped everyone from rural individuals, to Ukraine's military, to hurricane rescuers and survivors, with few complaints, let alone complaints of satellites in the wrong orbit.
