In the past they usually split when MSFT hits about $100. But I think a change of policy on splits may have happened. Bill Gates has had some discussions with Warren Buffett, who does not like to have stock splits on his Berkshire Hathaway, because he feels they encourage traders rather than long term investors to buy the stock. Maybe Bill Gates has decided to the same as Mr. Buffett. BW
