Randolph,
Mr. Gruder is no disgrace. Yes, there is a problem with when, how, and the make up of press releases are done. But, I believe the company will address that and fix it now. I believe Gruder sold to an institution, so this has had no bad effect on the stock, but probably a positive impact because now the shares are in institutional investor hands. As Jeff M. has stated, Gruder will sell share from time to time, and this is to be expected. If I had as many shares of ALYD as Gruder has, I would sell some to. Doesn't he have the right to take care of his family like we do? Doesn't he have the right to make something for all the sacrifice he and his family have gone through? I say hell yes. Last, the reason the stock doesn't move is because there are to many mom and pop investors in this company, and we need institutional ownership. TRUTH
