THE HOUSING MARKET IS GOING BUST.

My evidence that the housing market is going bust is that in Australia around 25 percent of the population are behind on debt payments and in NZ around 12.5 percent of the population can not service their debt. In NZ and Australia the vast majority of loans are on fixed 5 year contracts when the interest rates were 0.54 percent back in late 2020 to around mid 2021.

To buy 3 to 3.5 million dollar houses the prices have dropped 3 percent in NZ. If you took out a mortgage for a 1.5 million dollar house with a deposit of 50 percent, when the 5 year fixed rate term get adjusted in late 2025 early 2026 your weekly payment will be 1000 dollars.

Everyone on this subpage of the silicon investor knows the housing market is slowly going bust. The question faced with us aware of this predicament living in the anglosphere from NZ to the USA and Canada. Is going to be the question of what Investments security's are going to hold their value and provide consistent passive income from dividend's amongst the greatest financial crisis since 2008.
