Conservative Party planning rules have severely restricted the number of new homes which can be built and limited new construction to high value estate homes. The post-Brexit return of European farm workers back to Poland, Spain and other nations in the EU has left Britain's supermarkets chronically short of fresh fruit and veg while placing farmers in Boston and other farm regions in serious economic distress.
