No, I am not crazy. DeSantis is performing like a leader. He is dealing with a horrendous situation.

I heard a man, working in NC finding bodies every day, say he wished they had someone like DeSantis.

Who would you want to be in charge in a time of real need? Who would want Walz, Kamala, Biden, or Mayorkas to be in charge in a time of real need?
Four knuckleheads who have a proven record of total incompetence cannot help. When Helene hit Biden was on vacation at the beach and Kamala was in Calif. raising money for her campaign.
It was bad optics so today they aired a staged phony photo op they called a White House briefing.

And yes, FEMA money has been spent to meet the needs of illegal migrants. Biden calls it dangerous disinformation and un-American. Maybe he should tell Mayorkas to keep his mouth shut.
