I have to admit, Ditchdigger, that I didn't even think about the company option not to convert and to suspend pending some type of negotiation.

Makes one wonder why Oilex didn't do the same knowing the massive amounts of convertibles about to hit the market over the past few months. They certainly knew the potential impact on the stock price and, if they were interested in shareholders, they could have done the same thing.

BTW, one year ago today, Oilex was trading at .844. Yes, that was 84.4 cents per share --- pre-split share. With today's bid at .3125 (.015625 pre-split), we are now down from 84.4 cents to 1.5625 cents per share in the last one year.

So much for thinking about the shareholder!
