Looks like it made landfall near Siesta Key- Sarasota... Tampa missed a direct hit.
It will be interesting to see how Sarasota fared. Yeah, the forecasts were right on the last
48 hours, jet stream moved it north, calculating the wobble, the wind shear knocked it down... Hurricane forecasting has come a long way over the years...
