Well. I mean very well. Even better: Des-well.

A new term for upside earnings surprises. I was expecting in the 58-60 cent range fully diluted. I figured it would be hard to beat last year's blow-out DecQ. Instead based on a substantial improvement in margins, and a 5% sequential growth in revenues (over a strong SepQ), the company turns in 78 cents.

It is clear that the company redeemed the warrants to raise cash for expansion. I had to go deep into margin to exercise my warrants and now have over 15,000 shares, but today I'm glad.

I think the market is still digesting this report, and my guess is we break 20 relatively soon. Next Q though will probably see flat to down revenues (Chinese New Year), and flat sequential earnings at best. But they will still report at least $2.50 (fully diluted) for the fiscal year. I have no idea why the stock is trading this cheaply, unless people are simply just frightened out of Asian stocks.

Hope to hear your comments on the report.
Paul
