Could you elaborate on Springfield properties capital light business model? The on that has been making the rounds in US investier circles is VTY.L Vistry group which was pitched as the NVR of the Uk. Like most UK stocks I follow, it had also blown up just a day ago. The business resembles more than of an infrastructure construction business than NVR, which can be capital too . However just like VTY, they operate on low margin and high operating and a lot of money can be lost when projects go wrong, That seems to be what happened VTY. That said, the UK needs more housing and someone is going to build it. archive.ph
