Why do Democrats push so hard to have mail-in ballots?

Because they (ActBlue, Arabella, etc.) pay poor people to collect ballots from high density, low income apartment building mail rooms, full of low information voters who don’t vote (or even check their mail).

There’s so much transience in these buildings that they often have 5x as many ballots (from outdated voter rolls) as current, legal residents.

The paid relational activists fill out the ballots and are incentivized monetarily to attest that they did so honestly - giving plausible deniability and legal protection to the organizers of the ballot harvesting.
