GOOD MORNING E_K_S,

Really good Morning eh?

KMI the fallen Dividend Aristocrat is finally getting some respect.

Lowered debt to below their stated guide

Did not boost dividend as fast as promised, and made some renewable investments

Then Kinder talked about data Centers needing direct natural gas via pipeline due to AI demand for electricity and the "good idea light bulb" went on. <smile>

Talk about selling the gold miners picks and shovels.

I'm pinching myself.

My largest holding (in share count - because I felt the dividend was safe) and now I have a 10 point gain.

I'm just pinching myself.

I never expected this tailwind - full dis course now I can chalk it up to clean living. LOL

In a long term investment view, this supports the idea that some (not all by any means) Aristocrats that drop out of increases or must reduce their dividend can become excellent dividend growers once again. I read a report about that years ago.

I have started to sell $40.00 puts on VZ after they announced the acquisition of Frontier (internet provider) which dropped the price momentarily). Hoping I get them assigned. If not I'll buy some shares on dips. It is getting hard to find safe 6% dividend yielders.

Thanks for the post.

Frost coming next week and cold rain.

Picking my tomatoes and peppers sunday - Finally have some huge jalapenos and some smaller but good quantity serranos and cayenne peppers. I'll do my last batch of salsa next week.

Get that done and get serious on crossbow hunting deer.

This cold rain should bring on the rut.

Bob
