Fair enough. NGL's debt is rated B, which (as I understand it) is below investment grade, and better described as junk bonds.

Ok, living on the edge. Maybe in a year the ratings will upgrade, the balance sheet will be stronger, and the preferred will still be paying. But by then I figure they're more likely to be $25 than $23, and that's the risk.
