Where does the law allow that Commission's decisions to be based upon the applicant's politics and free speech expressions that they don't like? This is settled case law

Elon will eventually win that, hands down. If in SCOTUS, a 9-0 decision, liberals included. The question is whether he can hold the Commission and its members liable for violation of his Constitutional rights. They need a hard spanking.
