More lies being propagated by you again. The intended voter might well be dead, no one is going to know The counties and the State knows before certification of elections date. If someone dies in Washington State a "death certificate" is filed at county and at the state level. Those people who die are removed from voter registrations. Of course there are some very stupid people who fill out those last minute ballots of people who died just before elections take place and they are tracked down and prosecuted. Usually only of a couple of very dumb,very stupid folks that think they can get away with it. A very, very hard lesson to learn.
