Michael: With regard to that one matter involving the Milberg Weiss, et al firm, that is possibly the pre-eminent plaintiff securities law firms in the U.S. When I lived in San Diego, I worked on several cases on the defense side involving Bill Lerach and they are a nasty, take no prisoners outfit. Personally, I would be more impressed with the claims made in a lawsuit instituted by that firm, as I am sure they are offered everything that comes along.
