Steve,

Prior to the FCC putting a moratorium on 38ghz licenses Winstar, ARTT and others had submitted numerous applications for additional licenses. Company still has quite a few applications pending and does believe it (and others) will get additional spectrum, including more multi-channel licenses. The decision to grant the licenses as well as size and location are entirely up to the FCC. However, they need to do this prior to the upcoming auction for 38ghz which is tentatively planned for later this year. I can't speculate on what additional license news we will be getting but at least we should have some news in the coming months which, in all likelihood, will be positive.
