I’ve had a stubborn headache for a few hours so I’m not going to respond in full. But I did want to comment to tariffs. China, a couple years ago, cut its tariffs on imported cars, allowing them to be sold competitively in China. This is an astounding Trump's tariffs were a great application of that tactic. And it is not a coincidence that it happened after a China realized the tariffs would not be eliminated by Biden (to Biden's credit). It was a proper application.
