I’ve never run a casino, so I really don’t know the dynamics. Obviously, a casino that pays out winnings honestly is more at risk than a cheating casino.
a) Casinos don't have to "cheat" in order to make money off of their games. The rules are known. The odds are known and mathematically proven to be accurate. The cards, the dice, the machines, they are all tested to make sure they are "fair."

b) Moreover, casinos can't afford to "cheat." They HAVE to pay out winnings honestly, or else they'd be in huge trouble with gaming commissioners.
Sounds like you’re saying Trump was too honest.
Honesty had nothing to do with how Trump's casinos failed. It was all about his business plan and execution.
