Hi Reg:

I too picked up more shares at this level.
Laurel from Bidding on Bay St. did an update yesterday and it was quite positive.
From what I understand the 70% interest of VinVirotec that ERHC acquired to obtain access to its Louisiana N.O.R.M disposal sites and federal and state permits for the disposal of saltwater (brine) and naturally occurring waste products is quite significant. It would have taken 2 years to get these licenses at an approximate cost of $2 million. ERHC is also negotiating with the Dept. of Energy for a significant part of a huge saltwater disposal project in Louisiana.
ERHC is also one of 3 companies under final consideration for a 12.5 million project in Mexico for a soil remediation of oil field cuttings and other soil contaminates in Villahermosa, Mexico. At this time they are the only company that holds an incineration permit in Mexico. This is a one year project and would start right away. It is expected that this will be announced within 10 days.

ERHC has hired a new PR Firm which will help them get to a senior exchange as soon as they qualify. As soon as they financing is announced ERHC will be in the position to begin major projects which will place them in a positive cash flow situation. The Panama project is expected to add approx. $10 million to ERHC's bottom line in the first 12 months of operation and is expected to commence shortly.
I know the big one here is the closing of the financing for Sao Tome. I think our patience will be rewarded. There may be large short position that has been at work here in the last couple of days as any up-tic in price has quickly been reversed. Of course this has been scaring investors.
I like the diversity that ERHC has.
Regards,
Bonnie
