I recall when I was long INTC a year ago that '97 estimates were for ~4.50 (split adjusted). INTC missed those numbers badly, and that was with AMD struggling with the K6 ramp. When INTC was guiding numbers down a year ago, everybody on this thread was ignoring it. I would guess INTC will have decent Q1 numbers. The problem with the stock will come in a few months, when PII prices get slashed. PII is way overpriced right now. Tom
