CNC ELV. I avoided that health insurance sector as being too complex and difficult to predict. Could not hang my hat on the growth outlooks. I want easy peasy.

WPC - finally joined Paul and EKS on this one for a small position. I don't like the way they handled the office spin off and a few other nits. But the NNN leases and significant % industrial / warehouse with reasonable valuation offsets the negatives.
