The very superficial allegations made in the press releases bear investigation and discovery IMO. I'm all for ferreting out what information KE had access to at the time of his stock dump. Not a level playing field, would you say? What I think is particularly telling is the way the analysts who cover the company acted at the conference call. Obviously, they were headfaked as badly as we were, so they weren't let in on the big secret either.

I don't know about you, but I get offended at losing 30% of the stock price in one day completely out of the blue like that. Today, I'm flushing another large amount in worthless IOMBC's. Yeah, that was my decision to buy them, so don't bother with that argument. I want to see the discovery done in these cases.
