I posted that at first I was skeptical of the Iomega lawsuits (as with nearly any investor lawsuit). And I admit my 2 semesters of Business Law don't exactly qualify me to pontificate on the matter, but with all of the sharks now circling the boat, there has got to be something to these claims.

I figure that Iomega will settle out of court and take a charge to a Q's earnings.
