Wow, what a dead board. Of course, I got sick of contributing too.

But good signs are appearing... my wife called me from Costco on Wednesday and said there was a worker at the entrance holding up a sign that 10 oz silver bars were available, and she said they were 339. I told her this AM the markup was already made up. This could of course be that huge spurt to suck in bag holders before the correction, when they'll dump and have their shares bought back. However, I'm looking at this long uninterrupted dollar rally and thinking it will blink first and give us a few more days, perhaps.

Regardless... that is great news about Costco. The PM rally is creeping into more widespread consciousness. In 1979 and 1980, I was in college and remember the bubble well. Gold prices often a lead in the daily financial news, and at Times Square, the price was being tickered and monitored by the masses constantly. I didn't make a dime, I was lucky to have money for coffee at the student union building. What's going on at Costco is showing signs of lots of kindling being piled up for a bonfire.

And this time it WILL be different... I have skin in the game now, in spite of my clunker pick in the contest that is dead last. The trick will be patience, grasshopper... patience.
