I just got off the phone with the margin department from Wall St Access--heres what I was told. Even though a brokerage house offers margin on a stock, they can change at any time to nonmargin status, if the credit committee of the clearing house decides that the stock has risk factors that are not acceptable. I spoke with Richard, he felt that unless Tava had some bad financials come out or serious price drop, that I should be Ok. I thought that once you were offered margin status that they couldn't take it away, unless the stock dropped below 5 dollars. Anybody else have any info? Jan
