During the Request For Proposal process I went to the office of a purchasing manager/executive(?) who was involved with putting together the proposal as an extension of the enterprise resource planning software as I wanted to know what he was looking for regarding requirements. He talked for five to ten minutes with his British accent and what I heard didn't make sense to me so when he was done I said to him, "That doesn't sound like anything in engineering."
