Bonefish, Why should you? Because the old trench was fair and balanced. This is one of the most pathetic whataboutisms I have ever seen coming out of Trump. "Sure, we lied about cAt-eAtInG hAiTiAnS, and we're bitter about being fact-checked in real time over it, but ... but ... look at Harris' claim that she worked at McDonald's!" To which I say, "OMG, who gives a Brandon about working at McDonald's?" One lie is directly leading to racism, xenophobia, and the whole world laughing at us. Said lie also reveals the truth about Trump's position toward LEGAL immigration, which is something I care about deeply. The other so-called "lie" means nothing to me. If she didn't really work at McDonald's, so what? Am I supposed to be impressed that Trump was able to work the fries station for a full five minutes? Am I supposed to be impressed by Trump supposedly "working" 15 minutes longer at McDonald's than Harris ever did? Or am I supposed to be drawn to the double standards of the mainstream media?
