Kevin,
It sure looks like it. Have you called them for any news recently? With all the advertised 'to-ing' and 'fro-ing' between here and Madagascar and nothing much to announce about production, it makes one think that they're personally harvesting the gemstones themselves.
(That would certainly explain the lack of information on progress there.) Anyway, I dumped a whole chunk of the stock at rock bottom in December as an end-of-tax-year "loser" but I've enough left to entitle me to play the outraged share-holder at the AGM. The lack of activity and the intermittent street talk about gold, oil, emeralds and sapphires makes me wonder what really is behind all this. Although we're all used to these shell outfits that focus on a lights-out area play with their one property adjacent to a real, highly-rated exploration play or producer, these guys don't seem to be like that.
However, by the same token, I've been following this outfit for over a year now and they still have NOTHING as far as I can tell. They've apparently talked some money out of someone but it doesn't look like enough to go into production......I guess we'll see.....one day...eventually.....maybe!
They jumped-up a bit recently but now they're settling back. I think people are thinking they have better things to do with their money these days. e.g. Right now I'm following a diamond play in Sierra Leone - RXD on Toronto.
