Things evolve, including what constitutes conservatism. I wouldn't call Bush/Cheney fake conservatives, they were conservatives at the time - though Bush was a big spender, like Trump, so other conservatives with different ideals might call Trump/Bush fake too. The last true conservative was Reagan. I focus on policies that I agree/disagree with. I don't identify with any of Brenda's policies whereas I can relate to some of Trump's values so I voted Trump.
