Anyone looked at Dine Brands? They are near a 52 week low, but seem to be throwing off good earnings and cash flow, and also buying back a lot of shares. Sort of reminds me of JXN to an extent that the market missed for a while. Sure the consumer has issues about going out to eat with constrained budgets, but Bloomberg did a piece on where consumers were trading down to chains like IHOP and Applebees for affordable value, so that may benefit them some too since they own those brands.
